Life has a way of presenting us with a multitude of challenges to overcome. The good news is that you don't have to face them alone. Whether you've been struggling with stress management,
sleep disturbances, or relationship complexities, every hardship is worth addressing. I admire your willingness to take a step towards improving your mental health and emotional well-being, as it can feel unnerving at first.


As a psychotherapist-in-training, my goal is to collaborate with you to identify your needs and support you as we work towards achieving your personal goals. While navigating through difficult times, you deserve to feel comfortable expressing yourself. I would be delighted to provide you with a judgment-free, inclusive, and respectful space to do so. You know yourself better than anyone, and for this reason, I believe in a client-centered approach. It is important to me that we follow your pace.


When you leave our session, I want you to feel determined, aware of your strengths, and equipped with the appropriate tools to deal with negative circumstances. To help this process, I base my approach on cognitive behavioural therapy, such as for insomnia, and other strength-based approaches. I understand that each individual has unique experiences; this is why my style is flexible, adapting to your specific needs and preferences.
